A short while ago I was speaking to a buddy in Zeals and he asked me, "How regularly do you receive telephone calls with regards to car keys locked in my car?" Someone from Zeals emailed us and she had this to tell us, "I am incredibly relieved you folks are near because I had locked my car keys in my car, and I had decided that the only way I could access the keys is hurling a brick through the windscreen, which will surely have relieved some of the stress of locking my car keys in the car. Thankfully your technician was quick and effective and he saved me the outlay of a brand new windscreen."

"I generally check I have my front door keys in my purse long before exiting the house, and yet I got a phone call from my sick parents and ran out. And do you know what? I left the house keys" this client blurted out over the telephone, clearly exasperated things not really going too well.
